Frank has been helping clients as a financial advisor since 1978. In 1991 he became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ to enhance the level of service and professionalism of his practice. He’s been Branch Office Manager and Registered Principal of the Orchard Park branch since 1993, and holds FINRA series 07, 24, and 63 registrations through LPL Financial.
Frank is NYS Life, Accident and Health Insurance licensed and is Registered with LPL Financial as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) in NY. Frank is a Past President of the International Association for Financial Planning - IAFP (now known as Financial Planning Association - FPA)
Frank’s travels have taken him extensively throughout the US, Canada, Europe, London, Mexico, Belize and the Caribbean. In his leisure time, Frank enjoys RV camping with family and friends.
